TRANSITIONAL PARTNERS MEETING

On the 11th and 12th of February 2025, the final transnational partners meeting of the Erasmus+ KA3 Project, “VISYON,” took place in Sofia, Bulgaria and was hosted by our partner FECE.

The meeting started with a brief summary of the agenda. Updates were provided on the most recent project implementation steps and the finalization of pending issues. Discussions covered major topics such as challenges encountered during the project, the overall management and coordination, evaluation of our outcomes and a deep analysis of the sustainability plan, defining specific strategies for the project’s impact and designing the continuation of the project in related areas through new proposals and new synergies.

A key issue raised is the timely gathering of all necessary information to better structure the final report, therefore strict deadlines were agreed upon in sending the necessary supporting documents from the partners. The meeting ended with a summary of the action points and deadlines, addressing any remaining questions and final comments.

This meeting was held as part of the VISYON project, which aims to give young Europeans the necessary tools and a forum to talk about their needs and desires, voice their concerns and challenges, and share their stories, so as to encourage a vivid discussion about the efficacy of current European policies in serving the needs of the European youth and ways for their improvement. The project is based on the 11 European Youth Goals (EYG) and designed to support the implementation of the EU Youth Strategy (2019-2027) by focusing on its three main areas of action: Engage, Connect, and Empower.

This final meeting marks the official end of the project and all the consortium is proud of the great impact and results VISYON project created in the European society. Thank you to all our partners, participants, and supporters who helped make VISYON such a powerful and lasting experience.
