On the 13th of December 2024, the transnational partners meeting of the Erasmus+ KA3 Project, “VISYON,” took place both in Rome, Italy, hosted by our partner CIAPE, as a part of the final cross-interaction event in Rome.
The meeting began with a brief summary of the agenda. Updates were provided on the short-movies publication on Youtube, followed by a discussion on the ongoing dissemination activities for the WP2. The partners also reviewed pending tasks for each partner related to Work Packages 2 and 5, focusing on the completion of deliverables and next steps. The meeting continued with a presentation of the final details regarding the Rome Final Event. Afterwards, the partners were given a comprehensive overview of the impact analysis conducted by FECE, along with a presentation of the VISYON Toolkit, which was presented by Monomyths. Finally, a Q&A session was conducted to address any remaining queries, clarify outstanding issues, and ensure alignment on the next steps moving forward.
The meeting was part of the VISYON project, which was designed to empower young Europeans by providing them with the tools and platform to voice their needs, concerns, and stories. By focusing on the 11 European Youth Goals (EYG), the project encourages discussion about the efficacy of current European policies and how they can better serve the needs of European youth. The project aims to contribute to the EU Youth Strategy (2019-2027) by promoting the core areas of Engage, Connect, and Empower.
